Interim terms for the Premium Die-Cast classifieds platform during early access. Requires legal review before full marketplace launch.
Platform role
Premium Die-Cast is a classifieds and discovery platform for die-cast collectors. We help users list, browse and connect with each other. We are not the seller of items listed on the platform and we are not a party to transactions between users.
User responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, item condition, pricing, fulfilment, packaging, shipping, customs declarations where applicable, and any after-sale communication or returns policy they offer.
Buyers are responsible for checking condition, availability, payment method, shipping costs, import duties and seller terms before paying. Payment is made directly to the seller, not to Premium Die-Cast.
What we do not provide
- • Payment processing or escrow
- • Shipping or logistics services
- • Refunds, chargeback handling or buyer protection guarantees
- • Authentication or grading of listed items unless explicitly stated in a future feature
Moderation
Premium Die-Cast may remove listings, restrict features, block users or take other action against abuse, fraud, intellectual property complaints or violations of these terms. We may update platform rules as the marketplace develops.
Early access
Early access participation is subject to these preliminary terms. Full terms will be published before public marketplace launch. By using the site or submitting the early access form, you agree to these terms in their current form.
