General brand pages work well when collectors search by casting name and packaging condition. Hot Wheels Mainline does not work that way for most serious collectors.

A Mainline collector might search for a 2025 Case F Super Treasure Hunt, a specific Batman casting from a given year, or every variation of a casting across international card releases. Listing titles like "Hot Wheels car — good condition" do not help buyers or sellers.

Premium Die-Cast is separating Hot Wheels Mainline from Hot Wheels Premium because the collector language, listing fields and browse structure are different. Mainline listings need year, case, series, card type and chase flags — not just brand and scale.

Treasure Hunts and Super Treasure Hunts are central to Mainline collecting. Regular Treasure Hunts appear in standard Mainline assortments with limited production and distinctive features such as Real Riders tyres and special tampos, often identified by a flame logo.

Super Treasure Hunts are even scarcer, with premium paint, rubber tyres and special card treatment. Collectors often hunt by year and case because knowing which case a TH or STH belongs to is part of the chase.

When listings open, Premium Die-Cast will support Mainline listings that clearly flag Treasure Hunt and Super Treasure Hunt status so collectors can filter and search without guessing from photos alone.

As the classifieds platform opens, Hot Wheels Mainline will be organised around how collectors actually browse:

Future year and theme pages — such as annual case breakdowns and Treasure Hunt indexes — will extend this hub without mixing Mainline and Premium listings in one generic Hot Wheels category.

Structured Mainline listings help sellers reach the right buyers faster. Instead of vague titles, sellers can specify year, case, chase status and card condition — the details Mainline collectors filter on.

When listings open in stages, seller tools will support these fields so individual collectors and small sellers can list accurately without learning marketplace jargon from scratch.

Dealers who stock Mainline cases, TH/STH finds and regional card variants benefit from browse paths that match how their customers search. Case-level inventory, bulk listings and dealer spotlight placements will connect to this hub as dealer storefronts open in stages.
